Step inside and make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom, 1-bath cottage designed for comfort and relaxation. Living Room: A spacious, light-filled gathering area with a plush sofa, cozy seating, and a 65” Roku Smart TV — perfect for movie nights or streaming your favorites. Starlink high-speed internet (wired & wireless) makes it easy to stay connected for both work and play. Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped kitchen stocked with the essentials you need for home-cooked meals, plus a dining area for family dinners, game nights, or morning coffee with a view. Bedrooms: Three thoughtfully prepared bedrooms with fresh linens and cozy touches to make you feel at home. (Bedroom 1: Queen bed, Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Bedroom 3: Queen bed + twin bunk bed) Bathroom: One full bathroom, fresh towels provided, stocked with the toiletries that you'll need. ✨ Outdoor Spaces A wood-fired soaking hot tub is perfect for chemical-free relaxation with a heat up routine that helps to slow your pace. Next to it is the wood-fired sauna to complete your outdoor wellness experience. Due to the wood-fired element these are both adult only experiences. A seasonal flower field right behind the cottage, exclusively for guest enjoyment. In the summer a hammock is nestled in the maple trees next to the field. The raised beds have herbs and a few vegetables to enjoy with your meals while in-season. Walking trails through our forest, perfect for a quiet stroll or morning hike. A firepit with seating — the best place to watch the sunset, roast marshmallows, and stargaze at night. Tucked away on a quiet lot, the Cottage at Northfarthing Farms is your personal escape from the chaos of everyday life - one only a farm setting can provide. On the property, you'll find two homes—yours is the first house off to the right, and the other further down the drive is a private home for the owner. The homes are separated by a fence and private from each other.

We have both a farm dog and cats that you may see from time to time. All are very friendly.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the private cottage and the yard surrounding it. There is a private flower field behind the cottage blooming in-season. Access to walking trails in our nearby forest is available to guests. The cottage's garage and storage/utility closet are reserved for the owners only. Owners live in a home 40 yards from the cottage and operate a working farm. For everyone's privacy and for your safety we ask that you not enter our home area or the farm area. Your privacy will be full respected during your visit as well. The areas will be clearly marked with more details in the guest manual.

We're 1 mile north of US-12 which can take you by car to Hillsdale in 15 minutes, Jonesville in 10 minutes, and Somerset in 5 minutes. The farm is on about a 1/2 mile of dirt road which can sometimes have potholes after a rain storm.
